Q: What is Medlycare?

A:  We are a company that provides a Medication Management Program in order to assure medication adherence..

Q: What is Medication adherence?

A: Medication adherence means that your taking the right medication at the right times as prescribed by your physician.

Q: How does it work?

MedlyCare sets up a network with your prescriber and one of the authorized pharmacies in the network to deliver your medications to you in a Calendarized package and we’ll send you a text or SMS to alert you when it’s time to take each dose of your medication. The text will then have a link that you click on and it will record that you have taken your medication.

Q: How do I sign up?

A: You can call MedlyCare at 1-844-633-2691 and a representative can register you over the phone. You can also register online at through Patient Registration link or a paper application can be mailed to you which you can fill out and home and then return

Q: What if I already have a Pharmacy?

A: When you join we will assign you to a participating pharmacy that has been approved and will supply your medications prescribed by your physician and deliver your meds to you in the Calendarized packaging.

Q: What if I don’t reply to the text after 30 min?

A: If you do not reply within 30 minutes a message will be sent to your assigned Caregiver who can then reach out and remind you to take your medication(s)

Q: What if I have more than one Physician or Pharmacy?

A: That’s okay. We will coordinate with your doctors and pharmacies and have all your information sent to the approved participating pharmacy that has been assigned to you.

Q: What if more than one member of my family joins MedlyCare’s medication management program but we only have one phone?

A: Each member will receive a personalized reminder text so you will know who has to take their medication.

Q: How much is this going to cost me?

A: There is no charge to the patient for joining MedlyCare's Medication Management Program.

Q: Who is part of my Care Team?

A: You, your physicians, the participating pharmacy and your caregiver.

Q: Who is my Caregiver?

A: Your Caregiver could be a spouse, a family member, a loved one, a neighbor, a hired aid or nurse, or anyone you know that has your best interest in mind.

Q: What do I do if any of my information changes?

A: You can contact us by phone at 1-844-633-2691 and a service representative can update any of your information over the phone.

Q: What if my medication changes?

A: Your doctor and the pharmacy will follow their procedures and update system based on the prescribed regimen.
